First of all, to do is the equipment out of the box and inventory acceptance. When the equipment arrives at the site according to the supply plan stipulated in the contract, the general contractor, the owner (or its representative), the supervisor and the supplier shall cooperate to count, register and inspect the mechanical equipment one by one according to the equipment packing list and equipment technical documents, and inspect, accept and hand over the important parts according to the specified quality standards.

The installation reference line shall be defined according to the equipment layout and the axis or elevation line of the relevant building. If necessary, general or permanent datum point shall be embedded to set foundation position line and foundation elevation line. When installing stage machinery and equipment, it is necessary to measure and check the elevation, position and geometric dimensions of the foundation. This includes checking the coordinate position, the elevation and center distance of embedded parts, anchor bolts or anchor plate of anchor bolts, and the center position and depth of embedded anchor bolt holes (if any). It is worth noting that unlike other heavy equipment, stage machinery and equipment generally do not have an independent single foundation, and its relevance is strong. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the size of the association between equipment during inspection.
For equipment with large weight, large volume or high installation position, it is necessary to focus on solving the hoisting problem. For equipment that is disassembled or installed with large parts, the key components such as equipment base, rack and guide rail should be in place first, and then other parts should be assembled. For the stage including the main lifting platform, auxiliary lifting platform, vehicle platform and vehicle turntable, from the determination of the basic axis to the equipment in place, we should pay close attention to the relevance of the equipment.
Accuracy detection and adjustment is a key procedure in equipment installation, and all position accuracy items and some shape accuracy items belong to this scope. Precision detection is to detect the relative position error between equipment components, such as perpendicularity, parallelism, coaxiality error, etc. When adjusting, according to the technical requirements of equipment installation and the results of accuracy detection, adjust the position state of the equipment itself and each other, such as the installation level, verticality, parallelism, etc. of the equipment. The adjustment of the main lifting platform support column is the key to the installation of the lifting platform, and special attention should be paid.
Except for a few movable equipment, all mechanical equipment must be firmly fixed on the equipment foundation to prevent major accidents caused by insufficient fixing. Disassembly, cleaning and reassembly shall be carried out for disassembled mechanical equipment parts and equipment parts that have been stored for too long and have exceeded the rust-proof storage period. According to the type and quantity of lubricant specified in the design, the lubrication points shall be filled with oil.
Equipment test run test can generally be divided into no-load test, load test, motion accuracy test three. No load test is to test the equipment installation accuracy and equipment stability, load test is divided into two kinds of overload test and rated load test. The motion accuracy test of the equipment is generally carried out according to the instructions after the load test, and the working accuracy of the equipment is mainly checked according to the design requirements, such as speed accuracy, stopping accuracy, etc. In addition to a single equipment test, stage mechanical engineering also carries out group equipment test, mainly for functional parameter inspection, such as equipment synchronization accuracy, scene parameter setting, equipment chain, etc. An important part of the equipment test is the verification of the safety performance of the equipment.
Factors affecting the installation accuracy of the equipment include the construction quality and accuracy of the foundation, the installation quality and accuracy of the shim and anchor bolts, the consistency of the equipment measurement benchmark and the installation benchmark, the reassembly accuracy of the disassembled equipment components, the influence of internal stress during the installation of the equipment, and the error caused by the installation operation. To improve the installation accuracy, such as the use of advanced construction technology, equipped with sound construction machinery, the use of appropriate precision measuring instruments, in the appropriate conditions of operation. It is necessary to select a reasonable detector and measurement method, and reasonably determine the equipment accuracy deviation and its direction, so that the installation accuracy of the equipment is within the allowable error range. Determining the direction of equipment accuracy deviation is a highly technical work, and the deviation direction of installation accuracy should be determined according to the main factors.
